RT 66 Hall of Fame Museum....

We walk up the street from our place and see the RT 66/War Museum.  Now along the way different places will have a Hall Of Fame Museum dedicated to The Mother Road. This is our first. The place was filled with tons of memorabilia that it was overwhelming to take it all in at one time....So much to read and see----Well Done!  From signs, to buttons, classic cars and interesting tidbits of the people filled the multiple floors.
The third floor had a life in the 40's exhibit and the War Museum. The War Museum had all these old, original newspapers dating back to World War II from across the country.  The papers sold for 3 cents back then but the headlines screamed with both US victories and troubles during the war. For a WW 2 buff like me it was great to read.... Bill remembered as a kid delivering newspapers when the bombing of Pearl Harbor took place.
