Some Road Photos...

Texas went by fast. In New Mexico we drive through a town with a great name Tucumcari.  With a name like that, you expect some Aztec Temple and compound but the town seemed tired and worn out. The famous RT 66 motel The Blue Swallow is there but during the hot, bright heat of day it did not look like much.  Along the way, we stopped for gas at a small store. The owner a guy named Janni had a good sense of humor. He told me this funny story and I had a good feeling from him, I awarded him a NYC Keychain. So we kept going until we reached our destination.
