We just finished dinner as the evening sunlight begins to diminish but we are feeling energetic. I tell Bill if he would like to watch the sunset over the Canyon at the one place we have not been : Desert Overlook: The Watchtower. In Bill fashion, he says, Why not. So we are off chasing the sunset.
